Accessibility statement
Last updated August 2026. If any part of this site or our service creates a barrier for you, tell us and we'll fix it.
Our standard
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That means keyboard-operable controls, visible focus outlines, sufficient color contrast, labeled form fields and text alternatives for meaningful images.
What we've done
Semantic headings and landmarks, a visible high-contrast focus ring on every interactive element, forms usable without a mouse, and layouts that reflow down to 375px and at 200% zoom.
Known limitations
Some third-party embeds, such as mapping and review widgets, are not fully under our control. We are working with those vendors and will provide the same information by phone or email on request.
Accessible service
Our crews can accommodate mobility needs on site: staging items at an accessible height, avoiding blocked pathways, and coordinating with caregivers or facility staff. Tell us in advance so we can plan the crew and the route through the home.
Alternative ways to reach us
Anything on this site can be handled by phone, text or email — quotes, booking, and payment included.
