Information we collect
Name, phone, email, service addresses, job details you provide, and photos you send us for quoting. We also collect basic analytics such as pages viewed and referring site.
How we use it
To quote, schedule and complete your job, to send confirmations and reminders, to process payment, and to follow up about service quality.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your quote or scheduled job. Reply STOP to opt out of non-transactional messages.
Sharing
We share information only with the crew assigned to your job, our payment processor, and charity or disposal partners when required for a donation or dump receipt. We never sell customer data.
Retention
Job records are kept for seven years for tax and insurance purposes. Quote requests that never became jobs are purged after 24 months.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your records, correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete data we're not legally required to keep.
Security
Data is stored with access limited to staff who need it. Payment card details are handled by our processor and never stored on our systems.
Children
Our services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
