What's included
All of this is inside the number the estimator shows you.
- All labor — we carry it out, you point at it.
- Loading, wrapping and floor protection on the way out.
- Landfill and recycling disposal fees.
- Sweep-up of the space we emptied.
- Donation attempted first on anything still usable.
Additional charges
The only things that get added to a truck-fill price. Nothing else appears on your invoice.
Landfill special-item fees
Charged per piece, exactly as the landfill charges us. A mattress and its box spring count as two pieces.
| Twin mattress or box spring | $25 |
|---|---|
| Full or queen mattress / box spring | $30 |
| King mattress or box spring | $40 |
| Car or light truck tire, no wheel | $15 |
| Car or light truck tire, on wheel | $20 |
| Semi tire, no wheel | $45 |
| Semi tire, on wheel | $60 |
| Small equipment or farm tire | $45 |
| Lock-ring wheel | $60 |
| Television | $35 |
| Computer monitor | $25 |
Handling surcharges
Dense material hits the truck's weight limit long before it fills the volume, and the landfill bills by the ton — that's why heavy debris is priced by weight instead of the fill lines.
| Heavy debris (concrete, brick, dirt, tile, shingles) | $85/cu yd, by weight |
|---|---|
| Piano or safe | Quoted on site |
| Hot tub | From $350 |
| Stairs beyond 2 flights | $40 per flight |
| Long carry beyond 100 ft | $40 |
| Disassembly | $50 per item |
| Same-day service | $75 |
