Terms of service
Last updated August 2026. These terms apply to all moving, labor-only, hauling and junk removal work.
Estimates and flat pricing
Online estimates are based on the details you provide. A written quote becomes binding once we confirm it. Undisclosed access issues, added items or a changed address may require a revised quote before work begins.
Deposits and cancellation
A $75 deposit holds your date and is credited to your invoice. It is refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. Inside 48 hours the deposit is retained; we will reschedule once at no additional charge.
Your responsibilities
Provide safe access, accurate addresses, any gate or elevator arrangements, and disclosure of unusually heavy items. Remove pets from work areas and secure valuables, documents and medications.
Prohibited items
We cannot transport or haul fuel, propane, paint, chemicals, ammunition, aerosols, hazardous waste, or perishable food. Items discovered on site will be left with you.
Liability
We carry general liability and cargo coverage. Claims must be reported within 7 days of completion with photographs. Our liability does not extend to items packed by the customer, pre-existing damage, particleboard furniture failures, or items we advised against moving.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless a commercial account has approved terms. Unpaid balances after 30 days may accrue a 1.5% monthly service charge.
Delays and weather
We work in ordinary rain. Severe weather, road closures or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling at no penalty to either party.
Disposal and donation
Items we haul become our property on removal. We route usable goods to charity partners and recyclables to processors where practical; we cannot guarantee a specific destination or provide valuation for tax purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, with venue in Dawson County.
